Redesigning SAFA Medical Clinic

We are happy to welcome Dr. Farham, Hafezkhiabani, a new family physician to our SAFA medical team.
Dr. Hafezkhiabani will oversee medical care to Dr. Park's patients as he transitions into retirement.
Dr. Hafezkhiabani will also be taking on new patients who are living in the community and do not have a family physician.
